Software is eating the world. Barriers to entry were never so low, and the technology landscape is changing at an unprecedented pace. And yet development of software products is so often frustratingly slow, sales hard, and reception lackluster. What underlines these failures that at best relegate you to an also-ran is developing the wrong things; lacking focus; unsystematized customer discovery, experimentation, and going to market strategy; and wrong pricing and positioning. 

Not everyone falls into these traps, though. Take Metabase, for example. It was still a company of only 7 remote experts when it was already competing against the biggest players in the analytics space and had over 20,000 companies use it daily, including Swisscom, Revolut, N26, Confluent, Adidas, and Thomas Reuters. In August 2021, they raised a $30 million series B financing to expand their business.

Program director Simon Belak deconstructed the enormous success of Metabase (which he experienced and executed for 4 years) into the lessons presented in this course and added what he learned since helping companies systematize and supercharge their growth and make it data-driven and product-led.     No. We believe that attendees co-create the learning experience for everyone. Therefore, we reserve the right to refund all applicants who will not be an excellent fit for the program. If you are in doubt about the fit, let’s discuss it.

  • What is the ratio between pre-recorded materials and worksheets and live training?

    Live classes will last for 2 hours each week when we meet. In addition to that, we estimate an additional 3 hours of work needed to complete the assignments, review materials that we provide, and interact with peers in the cohort.
